What is coaching?

A life coach is like a personal trainer for your thoughts, emotions and goals.

We look forward to help you step into your future and don't spend a lot of time looking back or asking "why am I this way?" 

Coaching is about collaboration. When you feel you can't, a coach shows you that you can and helps you figure out how. 

We are an unbiased advocate without personal interest in your thoughts, feelings, decisions and goals which allows us to focus on YOU, not our own agenda.

What is a session like?

A 1-on-1 coaching session is an hour. It's not therapy.

 

Our relaxed conversation is peppered with thought-provoking questions centering on you and your thoughts, feelings and goals.

 

There will be breakthrough, understanding, laughter and maybe even a few tears. A session could include journaling, visualization and prayer. 

Not quite ready for coaching? That's okay, I get it.  Maybe a workshop or event feels a little less intimidating.
