3 60-minute sessions to: -identify & uproot obstacles -explore opportunities -stop striving & start thriving It could be a struggling relationship, parenting difficulties, school or career endeavors, or just an old mindset that is keeping you stuck. We'll start with open, gentle conversation and incorporate guided journaling, reflection tools and goal setting. Sessions are spaced 2-4 weeks apart and will be held in a private comfortable space like coffee shop meeting room. Introductory rate for Summer 2026: $99. Regular rate for 3-session package is $149.
